Where your money actually goes
- Do you hold my sales until a payout date?
- No. Your customer's card is charged by your own payment account, and the money lands there. We bill you separately for the monthly fee and our percentage, the same way any other software bills you.
- What about card processing fees?
- Those are your payment provider's — typically around 2.9% plus 30¢ in the US. They come out at your provider, not here, and we don't mark them up.
- Can I leave and take my store?
- Yes. The domain is registered to you, and your products, customers, and orders export as CSV whenever you want. There's no exit fee and nothing to unlock.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your store goes read-only after a grace period — it stays online and customers can still see it, but you can't take new orders until the bill is settled. Nothing is deleted.
